Please allow a couple of extra days for your repeat medication

Due to staff holidays and sickness we are a little behind in processing the high volume of repeat prescriptions - please allow a couple of extra days or put your slip into us a few days early to prevent delays in receiving your medication.

Do we have your up-to-date contact details?

So that we can contact you if we need to, please check with us what contact details we have for you when you next visit.  If your contact details change, please ensure you update us or delays in contacting you could occur.

Many thanks.

calendarWe run an open surgery in the mornings (no appointment needed) and all patients who attend will be seen by a doctor.

Evening surgeries are by appointment and can be booked in person or over the telephone (01406 370265) during opening hours.

Urgent cases will be seen without an appointment, however you must phone the surgery before arrival to discuss your problem with the doctor.

If you think you have an infectious illness or are very upset please tell the reception staff who will show you to a separate waiting room.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly. They are available by appointment in the mornings Monday to Friday, in the afternoons Monday to Thursday and in the evenings Monday and Wednesday. To book call 01406 370265. If you need to speak to a nurse please call 01406 371127.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
